Taste of the Bay food and beverage tasting festival was so much fun and well attended, we are hosting it again. This event with live music, silent and live auction, and bites and sips from local restaurants and breweries will be held on May 17, 2025 in the St. Lawrence Martyr courtyard in Redondo Beach. We are anticipating even more enthusiasm from the community with at least 300 in attendance.
In order to ensure the success of this fundraiser, we are asking local eateries and breweries to participate by providing appetizer food and/or beverage samples to be enjoyed during the event. All donors will be recognized in print and digital media, including event signage and programs. In addition, you will be getting your product out to over 500 attendees, who will in-turn patronize your business.

Restaurants and Food
We will supply:
- 10×10 festival tent
- One 6′ table for food service and one 6′ table for prep with linens
- Chairs
- Plates, forks, spoons, napkins
- Ice (if you need ice, please bring your own cooler)
- Volunteer servers if needed
You will supply:
- Fill out Restaurant Registration Form
- Health department PR number
- Food tastings for 300 guests
- Serving equipment (warming trays, etc.)
- Serveware (tongs, ladles, etc.)
- Server/host to represent your restaurant (if you cannot send a server, we will provide volunteer servers)
- Your company logo
- Please have marketing material available at your serving station
- Please note that there are no kitchen facilities available at the venue
What you need to know:
- Date: Saturday, May 17, 2025
- Location: 1950 South Prospect Avenue, Redondo Beach
- Set up: 3pm – 5pm
- Guests are invited from 5pm – 10pm
- Please plan to serve food from 5pm – 8pm
- We are expecting at least 300 attendees. Please bring enough tastings for at least 250 people.
We will provide a headcount closer to the event.
Wine, Beer, Spirits, and Beverages
We will supply:

- Beverage glasses/cups
- Ice (if you need ice, please bring your own cooler)
- Volunteer servers if needed
